Terms and Conditions:

Solid Dream Black Car Service LLC respect and value all our clients. We will make sure that all our passengers and client(s) travel in a safely manner from point-to-point with satisfaction.  All we required you to provide accurate information on the reservation. In addition, because of high volume of demands we kindly ask that all reservation are final.

Cancellations & Changes

Solid Dream understands that cancellations and/or are sometimes necessary and unavoidable. We can accept cancellations for a refund for an out of town trip one (1) day (twenty-four (24) hours) before the scheduled pickup or there will be no refund. Cancellation for a local trip requires a two (2) hours notice prior to pick up. For airport pick up cancellation is $25 fee plus inside pickup meet and greet $15 plus all fee.


If you do not see your driver at the designated pick up location do not leave before calling the dispatch office at 800-247-5189 we will direct you to your driver. If you leave without calling you will be billed for the full price of the ride (no show fee). If we do not hear from you, the driver will wait up to 20 minutes at regular pickups and up to 30 minutes at inside airport pickups after the scheduled pickup time. We will then try to reach you by calling you on your cell phone, your home phone, or your contact person’s phone all depending on the nature of the pickup. If we do not get a response we will then release the car and you will be billed for a No Show which will be the Full Price of the ride plus any waiting time charges. To authorize the chauffeur to wait please call the office to authorize his wait. If we do not hear from you after the designated time frame, we will contact you again, if no contact is made you will get billed for the ride plus the waiting time. Therefore A “No Show” fee is equal to the trip cost plus applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location. If you cannot locate your Driver, Please call 800-247-5189 to avoid a “No Show” fee.

Excess Cleaning and Damages

Solid Dream will charge you the cost for any interior or exterior damage done to the vehicle as a result of you or your authorized party. You also agree to pay all the related fees and charges to get the vehicle back to its normal working conditions.  The bill will be charged to the credit card that was used for reservation. Smoking, drugs or alcohol  are not permitted in the vehicles.

Passenger Conduct

Solid Dream reserves the right to refuse to transport person(s) under the influence of or in possession of illegal drugs, those excessively intoxicated, those in possession of firearms or dangerous substances of any kind, those who are, or are likely to become objectionable to other persons, or if the driver feels threatened in any way.  Client shall not interfere with the driver in the discharge of his/her duty or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the vehicle.  In such instances, services will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be offered.

Group Booking(s)

Trips booked more than a week in advance will require a Non-refundable 10% security deposit. A 50% Non-refundable security deposit for group of people will be applied to the total transaction.

Hourly Service

All trips have a three (3)-hour minimum requirement. Hourly “As Directed” services allow for multiple stops and wait time as directed by the client within the “Five Boroughs”. Vehicle will stay with the client or at their stop locations (as parking availability allows) for the entire rental time. The flat hourly rate does not include gratuity, toll, parking or tax.

Meet & Greet Service

By request, meet & greet services at the airport will be charged $15 plus parking.   

Wait Time (Airport & Point-to-Point Transfers)

For airport arrivals, Solid Dream offers a 30-minute grace period from the updated arrival time. Thereafter, wait time will be charged at $15 for each additional 10 minute period. For all other transfers, a 10-minute grace period will be granted, thereafter, wait time will be charged at $15 for each additional 10 minute period.


Any delays or cancellations due to weather, traffic, road closures, or other natural disasters not within our control are non-refundable.

Staff Accommodations

On occasions that require overnight travel for chauffeurs, onsite coordinators or other client-dedicated staff, lodging and meals should be arranged and provided for by the client.  A per Diem may be applied in addition to lodging expense
